I also slice mine in spears and brush with olive oil and bar b q on a hot grill. Slice into bite size pieces and microwave in a covered dish for about 3 mins. Slice into coins and dip in flour, then egg wash then seasoned bread crumbs and fry in oil for a few mins. Great with ranch dressing!
